- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item is in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The item shows no signs of damage, alteration, or excessive wear
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Gift cards

- Shades of Catalina is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
