We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays
  • During high-volume periods (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

We offer Standard Shipping:

  • Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 6–10 business days

Shades of Catalina is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided

8. Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order appears delayed, lost, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist by coordinating with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.


9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts

The customer may be responsible for any additional reshipping fees, depending on carrier charges.
